North Terminal - Departures
Bureaux de Change	Three Bureau de Change in the passenger area of the international departure concourse. One Travelex next to Fat Face and two TTT next to the Sunglass Hut and opposite World Duty Free. There are also three Bureau de Change in the public shopping area. One TTT next to WH Smith and two Travel next to Glorious Britain and opposite the excalators.
Cash Dispensers	Three ATMs near Thomas Cook and the smoking area - Barclays, Midland and Nationwide Link cater for most international cards.
Entertainment	Video games area near the Red Lion pub.
Food and Drink	Most restaurants and cafes are located on level 4 of international departures. There are also many places to eat in the The Avenue area.
Internet Access	There is internet access and a wireless hotspot located in the departure area and in The Avenue, allowing you to enjoy wireless internet access from your laptop.
Left Luggage	None in the departures area. Left luggage facilities are opposite British Airways check-in. Open 05:00 - 21:00, £6 per item per 24 hours.
Luggage Trolleys	Plentiful and free. Not immediately obvious, they are available just inside the terminal entry doors in the 'atrium'. Trolleys can sometimes be found in the Short Term car park but it tends to be pot luck.
Medical	Gatwick offer a medical and travel immunisation service in Ashdown House, adjacent to the South Terminal. Telephone number: +44 (0)1293 507400.
Pay Phones	There are public pay phones located throughout each terminal. Public coinbox, phonecard and credit card phones are available, as well as wall-mounted fax machines.
Postal Services	Mail box and stamp machine near the door to International Departures opposite TTT Bureau de Change.
Shopping	There are many retail stores, bookstores and news shops in the international departures area and in The Avenue.
Toilets	There are male, female and disabled toilets located throughout the airport, as well as baby changing facilities. Shower are available and are located in the check-in area.

North Terminal - Arrivals
Bureau de Change	Two Bureau de Change in the arrivals area. A TTT Bereau de Change in the baggage reclaim area and a Travelex next to the lift in the public area of the arrivals concourse.
Buses	Available from the terminal forecourt.
Car Hire	Major companies have desks in the self contained building across the forecourt from Arrivals.
Food and Drink	Coffee and snacks only.
Information Desk	In main Arrivals area on left hand side.
Internet Access	There is a wireless hotspot located in the arrivals area, allowing you to enjoy wireless internet access from your laptop.
Luggage Trolleys	Available free of charge in Baggage Reclaim

Parking	Access to Short Stay car park across the forecourt. Shuttle bus outside the terminal for Long Stay parking.
Taxi	On the forecourt.
Toilets	In Baggage Reclaim and at each end of the Arrivals Hall where there is also disabled access, showers, and baby care facilities.
Train	Take the shuttle to the South Terminal from the mezzanine floor.

North Terminal - Check-in
Bureaux de Change	Two Bureaux de Change, a Travelex next to the toilets in check-in zone B and a TTT Bureaux de Change next to the toilets in zone E.
Food and Drink	Only a small coffee shop in the check-in area but there are many more available on the second floor in The Avenue.
Information Desk	None in the check-in area but there are some information points available after security and in The Avenue on level 2.
Internet Exchange	Internet access, e-mail, games, office software, scanning, printing and faxing. Located in Departures Lounge, open 06:00 to 21:00.

Pay Phones	Located inbetween check-in zones D and E.
Postal Services	Postal facilities are located in check-in zone D near the TTT Bereau de Change.
Shopping	No shops are availabel in the check-in area, but there are a variety retail shops are available in The Avenue.
Toilets	Male, female and disabled toilets are located in the check-in area, showers are also available in check-in zone E.
