Compare Gatwick Long Stay Parking
Long Stay car parks are a great way to leave your car at or near the airport securely, safely and cheaply. To get the best deals you should book in advance. Compare more than 40 car park prices for airport parking at both the Gatwick North Terminal and South Terminal.
You’ll find this car park to be most convenient if you’re travelling for a longer trip. Gatwick offers a free shuttle bus service from the car park and it takes roughly 5/10 to get to South Terminal. Whilst to get to the North Terminal, it takes about 7/12 minutes. It also offers two hours of free parking!
Gatwick Short Stay Parking
Short Stay Parking is available from both the North and South Terminals. In the North Terminal, you’ll find it in car park 5, and in South Terminal, you’ll find this in car park 1, 2 & 3.The Short stay car park is only a 5 minute walk away from the terminal so it’s very convenient!
What is Short Stay Premium Parking?
Premium short-stay parking is officially the closest parking option to the terminal! This option is best for those going on shorter trips. You can be assured that your car is in safe hands as it is looked after 24 hours so it’s very secure.
Picking up and Dropping off
When dropping off passengers, you can use one of the designated areas outside the terminal:
North Terminal: On the lower level forecourt between the multi-storey and Sofitel Hotel.
South Terminal: Also found on the lower level forecourt.
You will be charged £5 for 10 minutes and then £1 for any additional minute that you stay for up to 20 minutes. The maximum charge is £25 for staying for the maximum amount which is 30 minutes!
Please note: This is only relevant to North Terminal now but will be also be implemented in South Terminal from 12th April.
Gatwick Airport Valet Parking
For extra convenience, Meet and Greet Valet parking is a great idea. With valet parking, a chauffeur meets you at a pre-arranged time at your departure terminal and parks the car for you in a secure compound. When you return, your car will be dropped back to you.
Blue Badge parking at Gatwick
You’ll find that there is blue badge parking available in all the car parks. In the North Terminal, you’ll find 32 disabled bays in their Long-stay car park, and in their short car park, there are 28. Whilst the premium short stay car park has 10 blue badge bays which you’ll find in their car park 5.
At Gatwick South Terminal, in their Long Stay car park, there are 25 disabled bays available, and in their short car park, there are 55. Whilst the premium short stay car park has 8 blue badge bays which you’ll find in their car park 3.
Motorcycle Parking at Gatwick
Motorcycle parking facilities are available in all of the short stay car parks. At the time of this update, Motorbike parking is free in both all short stay car parks. For more details see the UK Airport Motorcycle Parking guide.
